Social Action
There are deep systemic failures in society that show up in a range of social challenge and injustice.
The IVET Foundation promotes addressing systemic failures through inter-personal and social cohesion that is grounded in values-based practices.
We support individuals and organisations working to address:
declining mental health in schools and society
young people not in education
family and relational breakdown
drug/alcohol abuse
domestic abuse
lack of ethical leadership in public life
the need to create values-based schools, colleges and universities
the psychotheraputical needs of people
communal disengagement
youth alienation and gang culture
racism
exploitation
polarisation
bullying
fake news
the need for individuals and organisations to have a compass for life, as proposed by our Affiliate Floyd Woodrow below.
